Encision Signs a Non-Exclusive Manufacturing, Supply and Licensing Agreement With Intuitive Surgical

("Encision") (OTC BB:ECIA.OB ), a medical device company owning patented surgical technology that is emerging as a standard of care in minimally-invasive surgery, is pleased to announce that it has entered into a non-exclusive manufacturing, supply and licensing agreement with Intuitive Surgical Inc. ("Intuitive Surgical") (NasdaqGS:ISRG ) for the purchase and use of Encision's patented AEM® technology with Intuitive Surgical's da Vinci® Surgical Systems. Encision's agreement with Intuitive Surgical will allow Encision access beyond conventional laparoscopy to the next generation of minimally invasive surgery.
